Tina Gore, the Director of Oak HR and Counselling, has a passion to help businesses ensure their HR function is set up in the most effective way.

Tina has 30 years experience as a HR professional in both the public and private sectors, including over ten years at the executive level. During this time Tina has developed significant management and leadership experience, and has designed and implemented a number of HR initiatives.
